Directions
to the Hotel
If
you are flying to one of the three major airports in NYC,
you can get a special discounted rate on the airport shuttle:
Super
Shuttle: Receive a Discount off your airport
shuttle service to and from any New York City airport to the
Hilton New York by putting in the code by entering the NYISC
Discount Code "NVBMS" in the Group/Discount
Code Box.
Or,
you can catch a cab from JFK for a fixed rate of $45 plus
tip and tolls. A taxi from La Guardia Airport will cost you
approximately $30 plus tip and tolls; a taxi from Newark Airport
will cost you approximately $80 plus tip and tolls. Public
transportation is available from all airports:
La
Guardia -
Take the M60 bus from the terminal. This will take you to
Astoria Boulevard where you can transfer for the or trains.
If you ride in the front car towards Manhattan, you can take
either of these trains to the 57th Street stop and exit on
the corner of 55th street and 7th Avenue (one block north
and one block west of the Hilton).
JFK
Airport -
The Airtrain from JFK will take you to Jamaica Station where
you can catch the train and take it all the way into Manhattan
to the 53rd Street and 5th Avenue stop. Then walk one block
west to the New York Hilton. This can be quite a long trip.
A faster option is to take the Long Island Rail Road from
Jamaica Station to Penn Station in New York (only one stop
on the express). From Penn Station you can take the train
towards Queens (but not into Queens), to get to the 7th avenue
stop and walk one block east to the Hilton.
Newark
Airport -
The Airtrain from Newark will take you directly to New York
Penn Station. It is important that you go to New York Penn
Station and not Newark Penn Station. From New York Penn Station
you can take the train towards Queens (but not into Queens),
to get to the 7th avenue stop and walk one block east to the
Hilton.

Traveling by Car to New York City:
From
the George Washington Bridge -
Take route 9A to 57th street, travel east on 57th Street to
5th Avenue. Make a right on 5th avenue (only one direction)
and go to 53rd Street and make another right (only one direction
again). There is a parking lot at the hotel with entrances
between 6th and 7th avenues on 54th and 53rd Streets.
From
the Triboro Bridge -
Take the FDR Drive South to the 53rd Street exit. Take 53rd
Street to the parking lot with entrances between 6th and 7th
avenues on 54th and 53rd Streets.
From
the 59th Street Bridge -
Take 2nd Avenue to 53rd Street. Take 53rd Street to the parking
lot with entrances between 6th and 7th avenues on 54th and
53rd Streets.
From
the Midtown Tunnel -
Take 1st Avenue to 53rd Street. Take 53rd Street to the parking
lot with entrances between 6th and 7th avenues on 54th and
53rd Streets.
From
the Williamsburg Bridge -
Take Delancey Street to Allen Street. Allen Street becomes
1st Avenue. Take 1st Avenue to 53rd Street. Take 53rd Street
to the parking lot with entrances between 6th and 7th avenues
on 54th and 53rd Streets.
From
the Manhattan Bridge -
Take Forsythe street to Houston Street. Left on Houston to
6th Avenue. Right on 6th Avenue to 53rd Street and the hotel.
From
the Brooklyn Bridge -
Take the FDR Drive North to the 53rd Street exit. Take 53rd
Street to the parking lot with entrances between 6th and 7th
avenues on 54th and 53rd Streets.
From
the Holland Tunnel -
Take the West Side Highway North to 57th Street, travel east
on 57th Street to 5th Avenue. Make a right on 5th avenue (only
one direction) and go to 53rd Street and make another right
(only one direction again). There is a parking lot at the
hotel with entrances between 6th and 7th avenues on 54th and
53rd Streets.
From
the Lincoln Tunnel -
Exit onto 42nd Street going East. Left on 6th Avenue to 53rd
Street and the hotel.
